We read everything that comes in. Whether you found a bug, spotted an error in one of our guides, or just want to say the timer is too slow to start, this is the place.
We aim to reply within a few business days. Detailed reports get detailed answers.
Reporting a bug
The more of these you can include, the faster we can reproduce and fix the problem:
- Which board and size you were playing, including custom dimensions if you used them.
- What you did, and what happened instead of what you expected.
- Your browser and operating system.
- Whether you were using a mouse, a trackpad, a keyboard or a touch screen.
- A screenshot if the problem is visual.
Corrections
We would rather be corrected than be wrong. If something in the history article, the records page or any of the guides is inaccurate, tell us and include a source if you have one.
Suggestions
Feature requests are welcome. The most useful ones describe the problem you are trying to solve rather than a specific implementation — that way we can find the simplest fix.
Advertising and partnerships
For advertising, licensing or partnership enquiries, use the same email address with a clear subject line. We do not accept paid link insertions or sponsored content placed inside our guides.
Privacy
If your enquiry involves personal data, please read our Privacy Policy first. It explains what we do and do not collect, which in practice is very little.
